Yoga is a low impact practice that increases flexibility, builds strength, reduces stress and promotes mindful breathing. A consistent yoga practice is a powerful tool that can be used to transform your body and quiet your mind. Practicing in a warm room might not sound like fun, but it doesn’t take long to become a fan and you’ll never look back. Try a class with us and see how great you’ll feel when you’re done. It’s worth it!

Starting something new, especially in a new space, can be uncomfortable. We get it, and we’re here to help! Our teachers are welcoming, understanding and helpful. We do our best to be supportive every step of the way no matter what your experience level. Sometimes, Piper the goldendoodle comes to class. She’s sort of a mascot and a student favorite — even if her haircut looks like she’s been through a wood chipper. Ha!
Do you need to be flexible? Nope! Do you need to be able to stand on your head? Uh…no! Your best bet is to try a few classes to see what suits you best.
Start by starting! All you need is clothes you can easily move in, water, and a yoga mat. Don’t have a mat? No problem, we’ve got ya covered! Borrow, rent, or purchase what you need right here in the studio.
