I began practicing yoga over a decade ago seeking strength and flexibility. I’ve stayed a dedicated student because it is so much more than just that. In my own practice and as an instructor I try to balance structure and freedom. I focus on alignment as a necessary foundation to grow and advance from. I hope that my students will feel empowered, challenged and also have some fun in my classes.
Damon Gaylor
Damon Gaylor discovered the magic of yoga while completing his 200-hour certification in 2015, and it quickly became a daily part of his life. “I’ve always loved yoga and wanted to create classes that feel welcoming, fun, and accessible to everyone.”
He continues to teach at local studios and gyms, fostering an inclusive space where every body and everybody can explore their yoga journey—whether that means nailing a handstand or simply finding a moment of stillness.
When he's not on the mat, you might catch him leading a high-energy Zumba class, knitting something cozy, or enjoying time with his family and his beautiful granddaughters.
Damon doesn’t take himself too seriously, but he’s serious about helping others feel good—on and off the mat. Come flow, laugh, and move with him!
Laci Igo
Hello fellow Yogis. Just a few things about me!
I started my Yoga teacher journey in 2017 with flow hot yoga which is now Camas Yoga. I did not know if I wanted to be a yoga teacher but I loved the 26&2 series and I wanted to advance my own practice. After teacher training I decided to teach because I loved helping students in their journey with this series. I feel such joy when a student has that smile and that YES!!! moment when they get a pose they have been working towards. I love the 26&2 because anyone can do this series.
I also took a vinyasa teacher training in 2022.
I love teaching pure 26 series classes but I also love combining it with flows.
I look forward to seeing y'all in class, either in my class or taking another teacher's class together.
Namaste,
Laci

While I am relatively new to teaching, only completing my YTT in 2021, I have been a student for almost thirty years.
My yoga journey started WAAAY back in the 1900's, '97 to be exact. I wandered into a small, funky, no frills studio in San Francisco to try out a free Bikram yoga class. Ninety sweaty minutes later I left feeling totally transformed, hooked and wanting to learn more. Naturally, this love of yoga led me deeper into the Health, Healing and Wellness field where I discovered my true calling to become a Certified Massage Therapist in 2002. I have clients in CA, OR and locally.
My yoga practice and teaching style are constantly evolving. I would describe it as a curious, playful blend of functional fitness, anatomy, strength, flexibility and mobility training in a yoga flow, set to a fire playlist.
Chances are we will eventually meet in one of these classes: Flow, Deep Stretch, Flow/26, Qi Gong, 360° CORE or Deep Release. I'm also the social media administrator which is a fancy way to say I run the studio's Instagram page (so please give us a follow @camasyogaco).
I look forward to meeting you.
See you on your mat!

I began my yoga practice in 2010 and quickly discovered how powerful and grounding the practice could be. I fell in love with the Hot 26&2 sequence shortly after having my first child, noticing meaningful shifts in my focus, mood, and strength. That experience deepened my commitment to the practice.
I completed my 200-hour 26&2 Hatha yoga teacher training in 2018 and continued my studies with Vinyasa teacher training in 2019. In 2024, I expanded my work into somatic healing through SomatIQ™ breathwork training, deepening my understanding of the nervous system and the connection between breath, body, and emotional release.
I’m passionate about teaching the 26&2 sequence and flow yoga, offering classes that build strength, improve mobility, and support mental clarity. My intention is to create a steady, supportive space where students can reconnect with their breath, their bodies, and their resilience.
Outside the studio, I’m a mom of three and, despite being a dog person, I also care for two cats. Motherhood continues to be one of my greatest teachers, and I’m grateful to be supported by my wonderful partner. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy jewelry making, essential oils, knitting, reading, and the occasional spontaneous new project.

I’ve been enamored with the practice of asana since taking yoga classes at my hometown community rec center as a teenager. In 2011, I earned my 200 hour yoga teacher certification in San Diego. My teacher training was heavily influenced by Iyengar Yoga-meaning alignment is of utmost importance to me. I provide detailed verbal cues and hands on adjustments (with your consent), and the freedom to show up exactly as you are. In my free time, I love to cook and spend time with my precious family.
