ARM BALANCE + INVERSION WORKSHOP

Join us for a fun two hour workshop with Kristine Cary. This workshop is recommended for students who have some yoga experience and are wanting to expand their practice. No arm balancing or inversion experience is required.

 

YOGA + HEAT = FEEL GOOD SWEAT

Yoga is a low impact practice that increases flexibility, builds strength, reduces stress and promotes mindful breathing. A consistent yoga practice is a powerful tool that can be used to transform your body and quiet your mind. Practicing in a warm room might not sound like fun, but it doesn’t take long to become a fan and you’ll never look back. Try a class with us and see how great you’ll feel when you’re done. It’s worth it!

 

TRY A SAMPLER

Some people feel awkward going into new spaces and trying new things; so we’re here to help. Sometimes, our fluffy goldendoodle Piper even comes to class. She’s sort of a mascot and a student favorite.

Do you need to be flexible? NO. Do you need to be able to stand on your head? UH…NO. Your best bet is to try a few classes to see what suits you best.

Start by starting. All you need is clothes you can easily move in, water, and a yoga mat. And if you don’t have a mat, we’ve got ya covered. Borrow, rent or purchase what you need in-studio.
